Anyway, I've learned that there's no magic pill or diet. You have to work hard and MOVE! Also, it's important to be able to indulge a bit so you don't go crazy. I tend to crave chocolate and certain sweets from time to time so I know what I'm talking about.
Portion control is key and that's something I've had trouble with. I always want more and more. What can I do? I love food.
