I turned 30 yesterday, July 29th. So sad to no longer be able to say that I'm a twenty-something. I am officially in my thirties and kinda scared of that fact.
I recently found out about this Dog paw-ty kit. It helps when throwing a party for our fuzzy friends. I've been wanting to celebrate Kiri's birthday for a while. We first got him in June 1995, and he was probably 2-3 months then. So, he either turns 13 this month or the next. For a dog, he is already past his life expectancy and I want to celebrate his life now that he is still with us. He has given me great joy throughout these years. By the way, just looking at this picture breaks my heart. As you know, he is PR with my mother and I really miss him.
Rocco, well, Rocco is here with me. He has won me over with his antics. He turned 8 months old last week. In a few months he'll be a year old. Maybe I'll throw him a birthday party too. After all, he is a rockin' dog! LOL.
There are going to be lots of birthdays parties to celebrate soon. Some much anticipated, others not at all (like mine). I should get started with the party invitations!

I am freaking out about how fast time is passing by. I can't believe it's July 10, and that I've been here in the Dominican Republic for 13 days. Tomorrow is my mother's birthday, and in 2 weeks or so it will be mine.
Wow.
It looks like it's going to rain, and I'm kind of looking forward to it. It rarely rains here and I miss it.
