I was talking with a friend of mine about that new diet pill Alli. Supposedly, it works but there are some weird side effects related to it. If you eat more than the recommended amount of fat, chances are you will fart greasy gases that will stain your underwear. You will also have to walk around with greasy stuff in between your butt cheeks and that's something I think is going to be very uncomfortable. So, I love the fact that Alli helps you lose more weight than just dieting, but I hate the side effects that I just mentioned. So I'd rather lose weight just dieting and have clean butt cheeks and underwear.
This is a list of best diet pills according to a web site:
- Orovo
- Nuphedragen
- Noxycut
- 7-DFBX
- CurvaTrim
- HydroxyCut
- AmbiSlim PM
- TrimSpa X32
- 72Hr. Slimming Pill
- LipoSeduction
My in-laws are saying that I'm at the verge of becoming and anorexic/bulimic. I eat, but I am always complaining about the fact that I see myself getting fatter and fatter when the scale gives me the same numbers over and over. I know I've gained a few pounds. The mirror tells me so. My jeans tell me so. So, what's wrong with the scale? Or am I going crazy? Probably, but that doesn't make me an anorexic or a bulimic...just a hard mental case. Check out Anoretix, a new weight loss product. The name is kinda scary, so I don't know.
I was thinking about getting Slim-Shots, it's a shot that you drink and it's supposed to reduce your appetite making you feel full and therefore making you eat less. I read some reviews online and I think I'm going to try it out. I know I am always preaching against diet pills but this is not a diet pill. It's an appetite suppressant. You know that while on Weight Watchers I lost 35+ pounds, but for the last 2-3 months I haven't really been following the program and I have gained a few pounds. The problem is that when my weight started rounding in the 140's my WW points were dropped to 20 and that has never been enough. I love food, I love to eat, I am not naturally skinny, and it's impossible to feel full eating 20 points a day when I don't eat salads or many vegetables. If you don't really understand all this Weight Watchers talk, please skip to the next post. With 20 points I don't feel satisfied, I am always hungry. So, what can I do? Either eat like crazy (like I've been doing) and gain all the weight back and more or try some other alternatives. What do you think?
I checked Orovo too but that seems more of the same.
Is it the beer or is it me? Maybe I'll delete this post tomorrow.
My question is, WHY, WHY do my BIL's wife asks me every time I speak with her on the phone if I'm still on the same weight or if I gained any pounds? It's almost as if they want me to get all fat again. You know what, you? Yeah, I've been eating like a pig! I'm eating Chinese, and hamburgers, and Chef Boyardee daily nd of course I must have gained some weight. Who cares? It is me who has to care. So what? What do you want me to do? I'm in a foreign country, I have no friends, there's no lean meat or Weight Watchers here. I AM NOT GOING TO STARVE MYSELF! Food is my comfort, and beer. If you care so much about my weight, go out and buy me some top diet pills or something. I promise you I'll take them, even if they don't work. Yeah, let my weight struggles make the diet pills industry incredibly rich. Who cares? It's not for me why I am doing it, it's for my husband, right you?
GRRR!!!!
Sorry.
I have to decided to invest in either a stationary bike or a treadmill. Dieting is not enough, I need to exercise too. Gyms are expensive and the require long time memberships so that's out of the question. In PR I used to go out and walk in the afternoons, but I need more of a high impact workout. I think a stationary bike would best fit my needs. I could read a book or watch TV while pedaling. Now I need to find a good deal on one. We'll see what happens.
Has anyone ever tried those hoodia diet pills? I was checking them out just a while ago. I know diet pills don't work, but I was looking into something that does not make you magically lose weight but at least help suppressing the appetite. I've found out that's my problem. From time to time I get thins hunger that I can't control and I could literally eat a cow all by myself. I wish I could take something that would make the time between meals pass by with no need to binge eat. I don't really know, though. I've tried pills before and they don't really work. Maybe hoodia is the answer? Or maybe I'm just an emotional eater in need to control herself?
