I haven't been able to sleep for the past two nights. It's an horrible feeling to be up so many hours when you actually want to sleep. I never thought the heat was that bad during the nights here, and there's no air conditioning. In Puerto Rico, we've had very hot nights but at least my bedroom there has three very big windows that I always keep open and outside them there's an open space with trees and plants; oxygen! Here, the bedroom has one small window and a feet away there's a wall from the building next to the apartment. The fans blow out hot air, and I really feel I can't breathe. I try using the water bottle spray but the water dries in seconds. I've tried sleeping on the sofa, on the living room's floor and although it is slightly fresher there, it is still unbearable. I really don't know what to do. I need to come up with a solution because I don't want to spend the rest of my weeks here sleepwalking.
I want P to buy an air conditioner.
